Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital invites bids from well‑reputed firms/contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the procurement of medical gases for FY 2026‑27 through e‑tendering on the e‑Punjab Acquisitions & Disposal System (e‑PADS).

Key instructions:

- Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules‑2014 on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis.

- Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from PPRA/e‑procurement portals: http://pprocure.gov.pk and https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk (e‑PADS).

- Electronic bids must be submitted via e‑Punjab Acquisitions & Disposal System by 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via e‑PADS.

- Bidders shall also submit hard copies of the technical bid and bid security/performance guarantee at the Purchase Cell, Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital, Rawalpindi by 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM.

- The procuring entity will not be responsible for any costs related to preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids.

- All procurement actions will be governed by PPRA Rules‑2014 and the e‑Punjab Acquisitions & Disposal System. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules‑2014.
