Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Sound Amplification, Electronic Timing Devices & DG Sets – Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination). Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites bids through EPADS from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant codes for supply, installation, testing and commissioning works at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

How to apply: Tender documents can be downloaded and uploaded via http://eprocure.gov.pk. Tender notice and documents are also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications/bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal with complete information including technical and financial proposals as per instructions to bidders.

Key requirements and conditions:

- Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant codes and categories.

- Bid security/earnest money must be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal on EPADS.

- One hard copy of only the technical proposal (not financial proposal) must be submitted in hard form as uploaded on EPADS.

- Affidavit on judicial stamp paper duly notarized stating that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
