Gwadar Development Authority Tender: Upgradation & Renovation of Office Complex Buildings I–III, Gwadar

Issuer: Gwadar Development Authority, Office of the Executive Engineer (B.M). Tender No: TE-626270991703. Procurement under the Government of Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligibility: Firms must be on the Active Tax Payer List; must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity with a minimum turnover of PKR 12,994,128 (aggregate over previous years). Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration C-6 or above in the relevant category with specialized code CE10 (General Civil Engineering / Concrete Repairs / Waterproofing) is required.

Bid Security: In the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call equal to 2% of the bid, issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the undersigned.

Issuance of Tender Documents: Available from the date of publication of the NIT until 2026-10-12 during working hours. Tender documents may be obtained from Gwadar Development Authority (and from the GDA website) upon payment of the tender fee and completion of required deposit procedures. Bank collection may be through Bank Al-Habib, Gwadar branch (as specified by the authority).

Last date for submission: 2026-10-12 by 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on 2026-10-12 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
