Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound System, Timing Devices & DG Sets – Islamabad

Issuer: Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination, Pakistan Sports Board (Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad).

Purpose: Invitation to submit bids through EPADS for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sound amplification system, electronic timing devices and DG sets at different facilities of Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Eligibility & submission notes:

• Only contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant codes and categories with validity up to 30 June 2027 may apply.
• Applications/bids must be submitted online through EPADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Tender documents can be downloaded from eprocure.gov.pk and are also available on PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website.
• Manual submissions of bids shall not be entertained.
• Bid security/earnest money shall be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
• Firms must meet evaluation criteria in bidding documents, provide NTN / proof of National Tax Number and FBR/ATL status, and submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper declaring they are not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• One hard copy of the technical proposal (not financial) as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original submitted before closing date/time.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for understanding field conditions.
