PAA Tender: Rehabilitation of Ex‑Airhosts Hostel Block‑B as Married Officers' Quarters, JIAP Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule No. 36(b) (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) for the rehabilitation/uplifting of Ex‑Airhosts Hostel Block‑B in PIA Township for utilization as Married Officers' Quarters at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi.

How to obtain and submit documents: Bid documents including procurement method, detailed terms and conditions are available on the PAA e‑PAADS System via the eProcurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the PAA EPADS web portal before the submission deadline. The original bid, original bid security and required affidavits must be submitted in hard copy to the office of the Divisional Engineer Civil‑II, JIAP, Karachi on or before the stated submission date and time.

Mandatory documents / eligibility:

• Valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
• Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C‑4 for the current year.
• Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
• Copy of CNIC of the owner(s).
• Original bid security in hard form on due date & time (Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "Pakistan Airports Authority").
• Affidavits on stamp paper (Rs. 500/‑) confirming ownership of the firm and that the firm is not blacklisted / has no pending litigation.

Important notes: Bidders must submit bids, bid security and mandatory documents electronically via the portal prior to the deadline. The original bid security and affidavits must be delivered to the Divisional Engineer Civil‑II office by the due date. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Any pay orders, bank drafts or financial instruments found fake or dishonored at any stage may lead to blacklisting and legal action.
