RTB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Disposal of Assets (Peshawar Bus Terminal): Sealed Bids Invited

Road Transport Board (RTB), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under Rule 6(2)(a) “Single Stage One Envelope Procedure” of KPPRA Rules 2014 from eligible bidders for disposal of assets. Submission and opening will be at the Office of the Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar Cantt as specified below.

- Tender/solicitation documents containing detailed descriptions, basic mandatory/eligibility criteria, minimum benchmark value, and terms & conditions are available from the Office of the Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ground Floor, Benevolent Fund Building, Peshawar Cantt.

- Documents are issued on written application between 09:00 am and 05:00 pm on working days from the date of publication of the advertisement. Document fee: PKR 500 per application payable by bank draft in favour of Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- Bidders must submit a call deposit/Pay Order as bid security in the name of the undersigned: Secretary, Road Transport Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Contractors must be registered with the relevant LCB / Local Government Department as required in the table.

- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per provisions of Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.

- Successful bidders shall be bound to deposit prescribed Income Tax and any other tax imposed by the Federal/Provincial Government.
