DHQ Hospital Jhelum Auction — Canteen & Parking Stand Lease for FY 2026-27

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Jhelum. Lease/auction of the hospital canteen and parking stand for the financial year 2026-27 (one year from issuance of award letter; extendable for three months subject to satisfactory performance).

Submission method: Bidding documents must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) on 2026-09-18 on or before 10:00 AM. Bidding documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

Payment & security conditions: The successful bidder must deposit three months' payment of the successful bid in advance into the Government Treasury within three (03) days along with all applicable taxes. The call deposit receipt (CDR) of the first successful bidder will be forfeited if they fail to deposit the contract amount; in that event the contract may be awarded to the second or third bidder as applicable and their CDRs may be forfeited under the stated conditions. Security deposits of second and third place bidders will be returned after handing over possession to the first place bidder.

Other conditions: The Hospital Administration reserves the right to reject all offers before contract award in accordance with PPRA rules (PPRA 2014, Amended, Rule 35). Any party declared defaulter by Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies is ineligible to participate. The successful bidder must vacate the current canteen/parking stand within 15 days of notice if required; such matters shall not be challenged in court.
