Key terms and participation requirements:

• Defaulters of the Council or their relatives are not allowed to participate.
• Contractors must produce a no-dues certificate of the concerned council at the time of auction.
• Bidders must deposit 10% of their financial bid as earnest money in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order (with two photocopies) in favor of the council, together with a photocopy of CNIC. No person without these documents will be allowed to participate. Demand drafts/pay orders of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after completion of proceedings.
• Interested contractors must bring a bank guarantee corresponding to their official bid for the year 2025-26 and attested copies of company/firm registration deed along with CNIC.
• The awarding authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
• The contractor's term will cover the whole financial year as stated in the notice; bidders/contractors remain responsible for department/recovery matters as applicable.
• Detailed terms, conditions and schedule of rates are available for review at the Office of the Town Committee / Taxation Officer during office hours on any working day.
