Tender Notice — Establishment of PHA House in Lahore (7th Buildings Division, C&W Dept.)

Communication & Works Department, 7th Buildings Division, Lahore invites e-tenders under PPRA Rule 38 (Single Stage Two Envelope) for the works listed below. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Only contractors/firms enlisted/renewed with PEC for the current financial year and holding the required specialization codes (including CE10, BC03 & MC01 where applicable) are eligible to bid. Prospective bidders must follow the e-procurement registration, document submission and bid-security requirements on the Punjab E-Procurement portal.

Tender notification: No. SOII-(C&W)-1-49/2023/3652, dated 26-05-2024.

Submission & bid security: Bidders must submit bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost is required as specified in the tender documents.
