Issuer: Health Department, Government of Balochistan (Inquiry Section). This FINAL NOTICE directs contractual officials found involved in dual employment to immediately deposit the prescribed financial recoveries/penalties ordered by the Inquiry Committee into the Health Department DDO (C0266) account via National Bank of Pakistan (Green Treasury) and to submit the treasury challan copy to the Inquiry Section, Health Department for further action. Failure to comply will result in referral to the Enquiries & Anti-Corruption Establishment and initiation of recovery/criminal proceedings (including FIRs) under relevant law.

Reference: PRQ No.1469/20-09-2026 (Inquiry Section).

Action required: Deposit the imposed recovery amount immediately to the Health Department DDO (C0266) at National Bank of Pakistan (Green Treasury) and hand over the challan copy to the Inquiry Section. Non-compliance may lead to disciplinary action and legal proceedings.
