HAZECO Tender Notice – Procurement of Towers, Conductors, Insulators, Earth Wire & Hardware (STG-01 to STG-05)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of goods under its FY 2026-27 procurement plan. Bidding will be conducted through e-Bidding on EPADS v2.0 using a Single Stage–One Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Key submission & participation information:

- Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. Bidders are required to register on EPADS to obtain access to e-bidding documents.

- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in favor of Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited. The original bid security (call deposit / bank guarantee as specified in the bidding document) must also be submitted to the Office indicated in the bidding documents.

- Original bid security and any required hard-copy documents should be delivered to Room No. 209, HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad, as per bidding instructions.

- Deadline for e-bid submission: 2026-10-08 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:00 AM.

- Bidders should follow the instructions and timelines published on EPADS (epads.gov.pk) and in the bidding documents. Late or non-compliant bids will be rejected.
