Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Tender Notice — Stationery & Computer Stationery (e-Procurement) 07 Oct 2026

Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Islamabad (ICT) invites sealed bids from registered firms/suppliers/contractors for supply of stationery and related items for FY 2026-2027 (extendable) under an Open Framework Agreement as per Rule 16-A of PPRA Rules, 2004. Procurement will be processed through the e-Procurement system (ePADS) and hard-copy bid submission is also required.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Firms/contractors must be registered with SECP as a company or be registered businesses with FBR and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for Income Tax and Sales Tax.

- Bidders must submit a separate bid security (pay order / demand draft / bank guarantee) of Rs. 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand) for each tender in favour of the Deputy Commissioner, ICT. The security will be refunded on expiry of the contract.

- Bidding documents and terms of reference are available for download from the PPRA website, the e-Procurement (ePADS/eprocure) portal and the ICT Administration website. Bids shall be submitted online via ePADS and a hard copy of the proposal/bid document must also reach the Deputy Commissioner’s office by the deadline below.

- Proposals/bids delivered on or before the closing time will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

- Other conditions including tax deductions, performance/security requirements and eligibility criteria apply as per PPRA rules and the tender documents.
