ESEF Hiring: Senior Education Sector Analysis & Education Costing/Data Analysis Consultants (Peshawar)

Issuer: Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in coordination with the Elementary & Secondary Education Department (E&SED) with technical support from UNICEF. Hiring of individual consultants under Rule 28(1) of KP-PPRA Rules, 2014.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individual consultants for two positions (one each). Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Application for the position of [Position Title]" to the undersigned by 1400 Hrs on 01.10.2026. Applications will be opened at 1430 Hrs on the same day in the Foundation conference room in the presence of the procurement committee and any candidates/representatives who choose to attend. No TA/DA is admissible. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.

• Detailed, updated Curriculum Vitae (maximum five pages) demonstrating qualifications and experience against the minimum criteria, plus names and contact details of at least two professional references.
• One-page cover letter clearly indicating the position applied for and confirming availability for the assignment period.
• Attested copies of relevant educational degrees/certificates and a valid CNIC.
• Copies of experience certificates/reference letters supporting the experience claimed in the CV.
