Pakistan Cricket Board Hiring Bowling Coach for Pakistan Men's National Team — Apply by 2026-10-08

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking an experienced Bowling Coach to join the Pakistan Men's National Cricket Team to develop and enhance the bowling skills of national team players.

Required education, competency and experience (as stated):

• Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation.

• Minimum 5 years' working experience in a similar cricketing role with elite cricketers, national/franchise or international teams.

• Excellent understanding of bowling techniques, game analysis and player development.

• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating systems and processes in the international arena for developing bowling techniques.

• Experience successfully coaching athletes/cricketers to international standards.

• Strong planning, organizing and execution capabilities and strong management skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds; superior persuasion skills combined with integrity, prudence and professionalism.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; computer literacy (Microsoft Office). Coaching software experience is an added qualification.
