FBR Regional Tax Office-II Karachi Tender Notice for Supply & Services (Stationery, Repairs, Janitorial, Security, etc.)

Issuer: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) – Office of the Chief Commissioner, Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office-II, Karachi. Registered firms with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Sindh Revenue Board registration and having ATL status are invited to submit bids for supply, services and repair works for the Regional Tax Office-II, Karachi.

Scope: Procurement covers multiple supply and service categories including stationery, printing, uniforms, computer stationery, repairs (machinery, furniture, IT equipment, hardware, vehicles), janitorial & conservancy, security, mineral water supply, and repair/maintenance of office and residential buildings.

Key Submission & Eligibility Details:

• Eligible bidders: Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Sindh Revenue Board and holding ATL status.
• Tender documents and specifications: Available for download from PPRA / official websites and the e-procurement portal (EPADS 2.0).
• Earnest money / bid security: Pay Order equal to 5% of the estimated total bid value (Gross Total) must be furnished.
• Submission method: Electronic bids via the E-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0). Original/hard copy documents as specified in the tender must also be submitted to the office address provided in the tender documents.
• Taxes: Rates should be quoted as per tender documents. GST and SRB applicable; income tax will be deducted as per prescribed rates.
• Opening of bids: Bids received within the prescribed timeline will be opened by the Procurement/Services Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as per procedure in the tender document.
• Payment: Will be made on supply of items / satisfactory work and after clearance of bills through AGPR (Sub-Office), Karachi.
