Eligibility: Local manufacturers (medicines), multinational manufacturers (medicines), and suppliers of surgical/disposable items as applicable. Separate bids are required for each package. Maximum discount from manufacturer’s retail price should be stated where applicable.
Submission & bidding procedure: Bidding will be conducted under Single Stage - One Envelope as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended). All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing time. Bid security (as specified) must be provided and payment of bid security shall be made online through a PSID generated by the e-procurement system. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Sadiqabad on 2026-09-21 at 10:30 AM.
