Tender: Upgradation of Classrooms at University of Narowal (e-Procurement Punjab)

University of Narowal invites sealed bids from contractors, construction firms and companies registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C‑4 and above (renewed up‑to‑current financial year) for the upgradation of classrooms at the University of Narowal New Campus. Bids will be processed on a single‑stage one‑envelope procedure through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (epp.punjab.gov.pk).

Key instructions: firms must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and possess an active tax profile. A single package containing Technical and Financial Bids, duly completed, signed, stamped, and with the stamped conformity and Tender Document must be submitted online on the e‑Procurement Punjab System. The 5% Bid Security is required and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System as prescribed. The procurement will be carried out through the e‑Procurement System and bids will be opened online on the specified date and time.
