How to apply and key conditions:
- Contractors must register on the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk or the portal address shown in the advertisement) and submit bids electronically in two envelopes (technical and financial) as per e‑tendering rules.
- Bidding documents (technical & financial) will be available immediately after upload of this notice on the e‑procurement portal.
- Technical proposals will be opened first; financial proposals of responsive bidders will be opened later as per portal schedule.
- Bids must include required bid security (digital/bank guarantee) as per instructions on the e‑procurement system and conform to PPRA/LDA requirements. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
- Contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at payment release. All procurement will follow PPRA Rules (2014) and Punjab e‑Procurement procedures.
