Tender: Construction of MNHC Gulberg (Mushtaq Ahmed Gurmani Road) – 8th Buildings Division, Lahore

Communication & Works Department, 8th Buildings Division, Lahore invites e-tenders via Punjab e-Procurement System for the following work. Bidders must be enlisted/renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category and specialization and produce the original PEC license. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. Tender documents and terms are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA websites.

Earnest money: 5% of the estimated DNIT cost to be submitted via PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement system (online bank transfer). All bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system before the stated closing time.

Submission deadline (on website): 2026-09-10 at 11:00 AM. Opening on website: 2026-09-10 at 11:30 AM. If a government holiday falls on these dates, the next working day will be considered.

Issuing authorities: Executive Engineer, 8th Buildings Division, Lahore and Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No. 2, Lahore.
