WSSP Tender: Hiring Manpower for Solid Waste & Wastewater Management – Zones A–E

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

WSSP invites e-tenders on the EPADS platform for hiring manpower to provide solid waste and wastewater management services across WSSP Zones A, B, C, D and E under a contractual/need basis. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes method in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Firms/consultants must be registered with KPPRA and meet all applicable tax and registration requirements.

Key procurement & submission details:

• Deadline for e-bid submission on EPADS: 2026-09-16 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-08 at 03:00 PM (WSSP Conference Room).
• Bid security: 2% of bid price in the form of CDR/Contractor’s security submitted as specified (CDR envelope clearly marked for the relevant package).
• Tender fee: PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) payable to WSSP as specified; deposit slip to be submitted before closing date/time.
• Registration & eligibility: Bidders must register on EPADS, be registered with KPPRA where applicable, and hold valid tax/registration documents (NTN, KPRA registration). Non-compliant bids will be rejected.
• Submission method: Bids submitted/uploaded via EPADS. Original CDR and required sealed documents must be delivered per instructions before the closing time.
