Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Central Zone. Re-invitation to e-Bids for balance works of a periodic maintenance contract (structural overlay) to be carried out at the risk and cost of the defaulted contractor.

Procurement Method: Single Stage – Two Envelope. Bidding documents, terms & conditions will be available for free download from the NHA website from 2026-08-17. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, listed on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and hold a valid PEC license for the Financial Year 2026-27 in the required category/specialization.

Submission Deadline: Electronic bids must reach the office on or before 2026-08-28 at 11:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours. Firms must register on the e-procurement platform; manual (hard-copy) bids will be eliminated where e-procurement is mandatory.
