Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) invites e-bids for hiring janitorial, security and technical staff for Tower-C at Old P&D Building Site, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore and Circuit House, Rawalpindi. Contracts will be awarded on a lot-by-lot basis and bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.).

- E-bid Opening Date & Time: 2026-08-28 at 01:00 PM.
- All e-bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security in the name of "Section Officer Welfare-I, S&GAD" in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order. Late e-bids will be rejected.
- The original bid security instrument must be submitted online before the conclusion of the bid opening session. Bidders are responsible for timely uploading on the EPADS portal.
