National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the senior management position of Group Chief Inclusive Development Group (SEVP), based at NBP Head Office in Karachi. This is a leadership role responsible for driving the Bank’s inclusive finance, SME, agriculture and retail development strategies and operations.

| Minimum Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum Bachelor's degree from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC in Business Administration / Finance / Economics / Management or related discipline. Candidates with Master’s degrees and/or certifications in Development Finance, Financial Inclusion, Sustainable Finance, SME, Agricultural Finance or Green Finance will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 18 years of working experience, including at least 12 years in banking/financial sector with a minimum of 8 years as Head of Retail, SME, Agriculture and/or Commercial business. Proven experience in developing and managing inclusive banking portfolios, SME & agricultural finance, retail banking operations, product development and stakeholder engagement. |
| Key Skills & Expertise | Leadership in inclusive finance, SME/agri/retail portfolio development, commercial lending, development finance, stakeholder & regulator engagement, strategic planning, governance, risk management, strong communication and relationship management, and knowledge of sustainable finance, ESG and financial inclusion initiatives. |
| Primary Duties & Responsibilities | Provide strategic leadership for the Inclusive Development Group; develop and implement inclusive finance, SME and agriculture financing strategies; design products and programs to increase financial inclusion; engage with stakeholders and regulators; oversee performance, governance and risk; and promote sustainable & green finance initiatives aligned with Bank policy. |
| Employment Type & Tenure | Senior Management appointment on contractual basis. Employment will be contractual for three years with possible renewal by mutual consent. |
