Bahria University (An Initiative of Pakistan Navy) invites sealed bids on E-PADS for the construction of a boundary wall and watch towers at Bahria University Lahore Campus, Dream Gardens, Lahore. Tender documents are available on E-PADS and from DD (Development), Bahria University Islamabad (Quaid Block Basement Room No.09) and the Project Coordinator Office, Bahria University Lahore Campus, 47-C Civic Center, Johar Town, Lahore.

Eligible firms registered with the Tax Department and PEC (C-3 and above) may submit bids via E-PADS. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (pay order in favor of "Bahria University Islamabad", NTN 2132767-0) is required. Single-stage two-envelope procedure applies; uploaded documents and the original bid security (Rs. 1,875,000 in Pay Order/Demand Draft/CDR in favor of "Bahria University Islamabad") must be submitted to DD (Development), Bahria University Islamabad.
