Issuer: Sui Northern Officers' Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Phase-L, Lahore. The Society invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable and experienced companies/firms/parties with proven experience in managing and operating community clubs or similar facilities for leasing and operation of its community club assets.

Facilities offered for lease:

Eligibility & requirements: Applicants must be reputable and experienced operators with verifiable experience managing similar community club facilities. Only complete applications supported by relevant and verifiable experience will be considered. Incomplete applications or those lacking required experience will not be entertained.

Application process: Obtain the EOI Application Form from the Society Office on payment of Rs. 100,000/- (non-refundable). Submit the duly completed application form, required documents and financial offer at the Society Office by the closing date.

Deadline for submission: 2026-08-27. The Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
