NPPMCL EOI for Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors for FY 2026-27

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for three years starting FY 2026-2027. The appointment will be made under the Quality and Cost Based Method in accordance with the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010. Submission must be made via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

Key eligibility requirements include qualification under section 247(a) of the Companies Act 2017, entitlement to audit public interest companies under Audit Oversight Board regulations, valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, minimum 20 years of practice with a satisfactory ICAP QCR rating, audit experience of at least five listed companies, three public sector/government-owned companies, and three energy sector companies in each of the last three years, and staff strength of at least 15 Chartered Accountants and a minimum of eight partners employed by 31-December-2025.
