Municipal Committee Chakwal Tender: Construction of Municipal Committee Hall (e-Procurement)

Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms for the establishment/construction of the Municipal Committee Hall, Municipal Committee Chakwal, through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Eligibility & key requirements: Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities including PEC, FBR, PRA and the Punjab e-Procurement System; possess valid PEC Constructor License (with relevant specialization and category) and active taxpayer status (NTN). Bid security (earnest money) equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be submitted electronically; late, conditional, incomplete, or bids not accompanied by valid bid security will be rejected. Bid validity shall remain 120 days from the date of opening.

Other important conditions: The successful bidder must execute work as per sanctioned estimates, technical sanctions, specifications, BOQ and contract agreement. Taxes and statutory duties are the responsibility of the bidder. All mandatory eligibility, technical and financial documents must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the bidding documents and Punjab Procurement Rules.
