Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for construction/installation of a container (cafe cabin) for canteen use at the Food Court, Municipal Committee Chakwal.

How to apply / Key conditions:

Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will follow single-stage, one-envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities (including PEC and FBR) and have valid NTN and Active Taxpayer Status. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the e-Procurement System before submission deadline. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day.

Additional requirements: Successful bidder must execute the work according to approved estimates, technical sanctions, specifications and contract agreement. Valid PEC construction license for 2026 with relevant specialization and category covering the scheme cost must be uploaded. Applicable taxes, duties and statutory charges will be deducted as per government rules. Performance Security and other procurement rules as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 will apply.
