Eligibility & Instructions: Only members holding qualifying paid‑up shares (Rs.500 each) as per Cooperative Societies Rules 2020 (Rule 57(i)) may file nominations and vote. Nomination forms available from the society/office on production of a photocopy of CNIC and the application form. Only persons with a valid National Identity Card may contest or vote. No proxy voting allowed. Incomplete nomination forms or forms without the official seal will not be accepted.
