Tender: Framework Contracts for Medicines, X‑Ray Films, Stationery & General Store — THQ Government City Hospital Jhang (Closing 2026-09-24)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Government City Hospital, Jhang City (District Jhang).

Purpose: Sealed bids are invited on ePADS for framework contracts and local day-to-day purchases for the Financial Year 2026-27 for medicines, surgical/disposable medical devices, vaccines & sera, X‑ray films, laboratory & blood bank supplies, printing & stationery, and general store items (including dental items & medical gases).

Bidding procedure: Open Competitive Bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (Single Stage – Two Envelope). Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in separate, clearly marked envelopes. Tender documents are available from the Office of the Procurement Officer/Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Government City Hospital, Jhang City. Bidders must submit required documents, non‑refundable tender fee (where applicable) and bid security (2% of the estimated cost) in the form of CDR in favor of the Medical Superintendent.
