Issuer: Remount Veterinary & Farms Corps Centre, Sargodha (Training Wing).
Purpose: Invitation of sealed tenders for purchase and maintenance of miscellaneous training-related items funded from Special & Fixed Annual Training Grants (ATG) for FY 2026-27. Rates quoted will remain valid until 30 Jun 2027.

Eligibility & application requirements:
- Sealed tenders invited from reputed firms registered with Sales Tax number and NTN, active in FBR.
- Firms must not be blacklisted by the Government.
- Quotations with full particulars will be received on the tender opening day.
Tender opening: Tenders will be opened on the 5th of every month, subject to availability of funds, in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives if they choose to attend.
Auction: Auction of miscellaneous items will be held on the 15th of every month; if the 15th is a holiday, the auction will be held on the next working day.
Additional information: The tender document is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender on technical/administrative grounds under Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
