Tender: Outsourcing Solid Waste Management Services — Tehsil Faisalabad (Urban‑I)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Suchra Parjah Authority. LWMC invites unconditional online bids for outsourcing of Solid Waste Management (along with available resources) for Tehsil Faisalabad Urban‑I Areas for a period of four years, extendable to another two years.

Bidding will be conducted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement system using Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38-(2)(a) with the least cost selection method. Bidding documents are published on the PPRA Punjab website and the Punjab e‑Procurement website and may be downloaded free of cost; bidders must be eligible as per the bidding document.

Pre‑Bid Meeting: 2026-09-17 at 11:00 hours (venue: address below).

Submission: Bids (duly completed and signed) must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (e‑P) by 14:00 hours on or before 2026-09-30. Technical Bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Important notes: Bid security shall be submitted online as per Punjab e‑Procurement system guidelines. Response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA and Punjab e‑Procurement websites.
