Issuer: Admin Officer (P), Public Sector General Hospital, Girote Chowk, Jauharabad. Sealed tenders are invited on single-stage two-envelope basis from eligible/authorized distributors, reputed firms or suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the purchase of a laparoscope on FOR Jauharabad basis.

Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) payable in shape of pay order / demand draft in favor of Head (as stated) Public Sector General Hospital, Girote Chowk, Jauharabad and must be submitted along with the technical proposal. Earnest money: 2% of the bidding amount in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft in favour of Public Sector General Hospital, Jauharabad; must be attached with the Technical Offer in a separate sealed envelope. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
