DHA City Karachi Notice: Blacklisting of Land Providers (LPs) for Fraudulent or Misleading Documents

Issuer: Director Land, DHA City Karachi (DHA City - KM 50, M-9). This public notice warns all land providers (LPs), their nominees, agents or legal representatives dealing with DHA City Karachi that submission of forged, false, incomplete or duplicate land documents, misrepresentation of ownership, or any other fraudulent practice will result in immediate blacklisting, cancellation of any pending or approved transactions and initiation of legal proceedings.

DHA City Karachi will verify all land titles and supporting documents through its due diligence process. LPs must provide authentic, verifiable documentation and deal only through authorized channels. Any attempt to register the same land through multiple LPs/owners, to use forged powers of attorney, fake identity documents, or to hide encumbrances will render the LP and associated parties liable to be blacklisted and prosecuted under applicable law. Transactions already processed may be revoked if fraud or material misrepresentation is discovered.
