Eligibility: All bidders with active FBR/PRRA taxpayer status, not blacklisted/debarred by PPRA, or by Punjab Health and Population Department's Policy & PPRA Rules are eligible. For the framework contract for the local purchase of medicines & surgical items, the bidder needs to have a valid CDSL issued on form 09 and must not be outside the district Chakwal.
Procedure & Mode: Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) via e-procurement system of Punjab (https://e.ppunjab.gov.pk). The PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx) will host the response/time schedule exclusively from the date of publication.
Submission & Opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to the office on or before 11:00 a.m. dated 05-10-2026 accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 11:30 a.m. on the same date (i.e. 05-10-2026) in the Office of The Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Talagang.
