Issuer: Chief Officer, Metropolitan Corporation Lahore.
Purpose: Invitation for prequalification from eligible applicants for hiring of various services and supplies to support national & religious events, public meetings, arrivals of local/foreign delegations, cricket teams and Government meetings. Pre-qualification is required prior to subsequent bidding; the initial prequalification validity is one year, extendable up to two years subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the competent authority. Applicants may participate in one or more lots/categories of their choice.

How to obtain Pre-Qualification Document (PQD): PQD will be available immediately after publication on the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA/Punjab procurement websites. Applicants may view and download the PQD free of cost from the Punjab Procurement websites: https://proc.punjab.gov.pk and Punjab E-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
Submission method: PQ proposals must be prepared in accordance with the Pre-Qualification Document and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P). Proposals will be opened on the same day as submission in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Response time will be calculated from publication of this advertisement on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the authority's website.
