PITB Invitation to Bid for IT Hardware for Punjab Legal Aid & Assistance Portal (ITOPS-10)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. Purpose: Procurement of IT hardware for the Punjab Legal Aid & Assistance Portal (ITOPS-10). Bidding procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and complete conformity with Tender Documents is required. Tender documents are available free of cost at PITB and PPRA websites. Electronic submission via Punjab e-Procurement portal is mandatory.

Important deadlines and submission instructions: Tender documents and forms are available at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Complete, signed and stamped bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Submission deadline: bids must be submitted online by 11:00 hours on 2016-09-29. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement system for electronic submission (register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). PITB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid under Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
