How to apply and key requirements:
- Download bidding documents (Bidding Data/ Bill of Quantity - BOQ) from the EPADS portal (ep.procure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website.
- Bids must be submitted online through EPADS. Physical original bid security/additional security (call deposit receipt) shall be submitted in favour of the Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil Topi and delivered by post/courier before the bid submission deadline.
- Eligible contractors/firms must submit financial proposals/bids through EPADS. Financial proposals/bids will also be sent to the Office of the Assistant Director (LG&RDD Swabi Shamnasoor District Complex) via registered courier prior to submission deadline.
- Mandatory registrations/conditions: valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the required category/codes as per bid documents; active Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) status; active FBR NTN / Sales Tax status. Firms must provide proof of CNIC/ownership/partnership, active tax status, and other documents as required in the solicitation.
- Non-refundable tender fee: 0.03% of the Engineer's estimated cost (to be deposited as specified in the tender documents).
- Bid validity: 90 days. Clarifications may be sought through EPADS up to 2026-09-18.
- The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
