Issuer: Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Islamabad. PPRA is seeking to engage independent Procurement Experts to strengthen efficiency, fairness and transparency in public procurement across federal government organizations. Selected experts will be procured by agencies for short-term assignments and may serve as independent members of procurement committees.
Key roles / committee assignments:

Eligibility & qualifications:

| Education | Minimum 16 years of formal education or a recognized professional certification in one of the listed disciplines. |
| Disciplines / Fields | Procurement, Supply Chain / Logistics Management; Engineering & Technology (all disciplines); Energy & Power Sectors; Information Technology & Artificial Intelligence; Law; Health, Biological & Medical Sciences; Environment Sciences; Physical Sciences; Business Education; Agriculture & Veterinary Sciences; Management Sciences; Any other field directly related to procurement processes. |
| Experience | Minimum ten (10) years post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Professional certification and/or licensing from recognized bodies shall be mandatory where applicable. |
| Preferences | Candidates with demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management or supply chain/logistics will be given preference. |
Remuneration & engagement: This is an assignment-based engagement. Remuneration will be paid by the borrowing/procuring agency as per PPRA prescribed limits.
