Issuer: Education Complex Kharian & Nursing School Mangla. Portfolios / letters of interest are invited from construction-related consultants, contractors and architect firms registered with Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP) or Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with sufficient capacity in architecture, structural design, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) design and execution.
Eligibility: Valid registration with income tax and sales tax (and SRB/GST as applicable) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience required for pre-qualification, shortlisting and selection.
Submission: Portfolios and supporting documents must be submitted by courier. Site visits available by prior coordination. Deadline: 2026-09-30.
