Purpose: To perform business analysis, requirement translation and support implementation activities for Core Banking solutions and related IT systems.

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent. Graduation with a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC‑recognized local/international university/college is acceptable. Candidates with relevant certifications(s) preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of IT, with at least 01 year of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role; experience in Banking and/or Financial Institutions preferred. Experience with Core Banking Application(s) / FIS Profile is an advantage. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Expertise in translating business requirements into IT solutions; skilled business analyst abilities for requirement definition, test case/review, process change requests; excellent verbal and written communication across levels; analytical, decision‑making, problem‑solving, team and time management; knowledge of digital banking, ADC channels and integration layer. |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Define system scope and objectives through research and requirements analysis; document requirements and translate into system specifications; analyze industry/banking best practices; identify/document business strategies, processes and improvement opportunities; prepare test plans and test cases; conduct integration, readiness and acceptance tests; validate application integrity after changes and report testing results; support stakeholder coordination and consider business implications of technology changes. |
| Assessment & Interview | Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting basic eligibility will be invited for test and/or panel interview(s). |
| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years, renewable at management discretion. Selected candidates will be offered compensation and other benefits as per Bank policy. |
