National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Resident Engineer – Civil (OG-I) on a contractual basis. Selected candidates will be offered a three-year contract (renewable at management discretion) with compensation and benefits as per bank policy. Only shortlisted applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

| Experience | Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in a bank or financial institution preferred. |
| Key Skills & Expertise | Project estimation, billing and execution; multitasking with cross-functional teams; strong written & verbal communication; analytical and problem-solving skills; time management; MS Office proficiency. |
| Main Duties / Responsibilities | Conduct site visits and assessments; prepare project cost estimates; review layout plans; prepare bidding documents per bank policy; verify project bills/invoices; coordinate with consultants, branches and regional offices; issue valuation certificates for House Building Finance (HBF); supervise construction and renovation works; oversee site work and perform other assignments as required. |
