National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications from experienced professionals for senior AVP/VP level roles in Information Security/GRC and IT Risk Management. Candidates should have relevant university degrees, recognized professional certifications and substantial hands-on experience in banking/financial-sector information security, cyber security, IT risk and compliance.

Position	Key Qualifications & Certifications	Experience	Key Responsibilities
Unit Head – GRC / Information Security (AVP / VP)	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent (HEC recognized) Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, GIAC or equivalent	Significant experience in information security and cyber security; senior/management level experience in a banking/financial environment	Develop and implement information security and cyber security framework, policies and standards Ensure regulatory and standards compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS and relevant banking regulations) Lead security governance, risk assessments, incident response and vendor/security assurance activities Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) and security monitoring functions
Unit Head – IT Risk Management (AVP / VP)	Bachelor’s (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent Relevant professional certifications in IT risk or information security (e.g., CISA/CRISC/CISM) are desirable	Extensive experience in IT risk management, IT controls, and regulatory compliance within banking/financial services	Establish and maintain IT risk management framework, perform IT risk assessments and oversight of IT controls Coordinate with regulators and internal stakeholders on IT risk, resilience and compliance matters Manage third-party/outsourcing risk, ITGC reviews and remediation tracking
