| Experience | Experience in Shariah-related matters; knowledge of applicable Pakistani laws is desirable. Preference given to candidates with relevant prior experience. |
| Key responsibilities | Ensure company investments, re-takaful operations, contracts and agreements adhere to Shariah principles; ensure compliance of re-takaful operations with applicable rules, regulations, guidelines and regulatory findings; provide training and education to company officers and officials on Shariah/takaful matters. |
| Tenure & reporting | Initial appointment for two years, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Selected advisor will report to the CEO or an officer authorized by the CEO. |
| Important conditions | Original academic/provisional documents must be produced at interview. Applicants employed in the public sector must provide an NOC at interview. No TA/DA for interview. Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for interview. |
