The Balochistan Energy Department invites applications for a consultant position of Assistant / Senior Public Finance Specialist on a three‑year contractual basis to support public finance and energy sector transactions.

| Qualification | PhD or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA (Finance), Economics or equivalent recognized by HEC. Membership of a recognized professional accountancy body (ICAP, ACCA, ICMA or equivalent) is required. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post‑qualification experience in public and private sector finance. Required experience areas: public finance management, financial reporting, investment management, audit, financial risk advisory, due diligence and corporate governance. Experience in energy sector matters, PPP project assessment, structuring corporate bodies and SPVs is an advantage. |
| Skills | Strong analytical ability, financial modelling, report writing, and working knowledge of relevant financial reporting standards, regulatory frameworks, laws and rules. |
| Age Limit | Not more than 55 years at time of application |
| Application Requirements | Detailed CV/resume, CNIC, educational certificates, experience certificates. NOC required if currently employed in a government organization. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview/test. No TA/DA shall be paid. |
