Issuer: Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), Islamabad. IBCC invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms for development/provision of an IBCC Queue Management System (QMS) under a framework agreement.
Bids must be submitted under a Single Stage–Two Envelopes procedure by firms registered with Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), holding valid NTN/GST and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bids must comply with applicable PPRA Rules.
