Tender Notice — Supply of Medical Equipment & Accessories (DG Health Services, Balochistan)

Issuer: Director General Health Services, Government of Balochistan.

Purpose: Invitation to eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the supply of medical equipment and accessories. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids.

Tender fee: Not required. All bidders must be registered at the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA / EPPS) of the Government of Balochistan.

Eligibility and key requirements (as stated):

• Assignments of similar nature and complexity: PKR 30,000,000 in the previous 5 years.
• Minimum turnover: PKR 50,000,000 in the previous 5 years.
• Firm must be on Active Taxpayer List and hold a Sales Tax Certificate.
• Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; joint ventures are not permitted.
• Manufacturers or sole distributors must provide authorization; bidders must submit relevant experience/certification and manufacturer authorization where applicable.

Bid security: Must accompany the bid in the form specified (bank guarantee / deposit at call) equal to 2% as noted above.

How to obtain documents and submit bids: Bidding documents are available electronically via the Electronic Public Procurement System / PPRA platform.
