IESCO Request for Bids – Shifting of 132 kV Transmission Lines (Margalla Avenue Extension)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) – IESCO Project Management Unit (PMU). IESCO-PMU invites sealed bids for civil works to shift existing 132 kV transmission lines due to the Margalla Avenue extension.

Procurement procedure: Single-stage, single-envelope bidding. Bids must be accompanied by bid security (2% of the bid) in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft as specified. Bidding documents and submission are through the authorized e-procurement / e-bidding system; bidders should obtain documents and submit bids electronically per the e-procurement instructions. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as per the stated schedule.
