FESCO Tender Notice – Supply of Materials for Multiple 132 kV Grid Stations (Bids via E‑PADS)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids through the EPDAS single‑stage one‑envelope procedure for supply of materials for various 132 kV grid station works. Eligible suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed as Active Taxpayers may submit bids online. Bids must be submitted through EPDAS by the deadline and will be opened publicly as stated below.

- Submission method: Electronic bids only via EPDAS (eprocure.gopk.pk). Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.

- Deadline for submission: 2026-09-25 (see note below for opening time).

- Bid opening: Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at the office of the Project Director (GSC), FESCO Faisalabad. (Opening time indicated in the notice.)

- Bid security: A bid security (amount/format as specified in bidding documents, typically 5% of estimated cost) must accompany bids as detailed in the bidding documents.

- Eligibility & minimum requirements: Suppliers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers list. Bidders should have relevant experience (successful completion of similar contracts as specified, evidence required) and meet financial and document requirements listed in the bidding documents (registration, CNIC/ID, GST/Sales Tax registration, turnover/financial capacity, no‑blacklist affidavit, etc.).

Original/printed bid security and supporting documents may be required to be submitted to the Project Director’s office as per the bidding instructions.
