MEPCO Tender: Procurement & Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) — Bids Due 2026-09-21

Office of the Director (Procurement), Distribution MEPCO Limited invites e-bids for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. Procurement is on FOCS basis at MEPCO Regional Stores. Prices must be quoted in local currency inclusive of all taxes (inclusive of GST).

How to apply and key conditions:

• Single Stage, One Envelope bidding procedure; electronic bids (e-Bids) are invited via EPADS 2.0 (registration required).
• Manual bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened one hour after the bid submission time using EPADS 2.0.
• Bid security / guarantee in original (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order & Bid Guarantee) issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan must be submitted as per tender documents.
• All bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions, method of procurement, submission procedure, bid validity and evaluation criteria are available for registered bidders on EPADS 2.0 and on MEPCO & PPRA websites.
• Original physical bid security and other specified documentary requirements must be submitted to the office of the Director (Procurement), MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan before the e-bid submission deadline; otherwise the bid will be rejected.
